My sore wrists

I've been having problems with my wrists for about a year now but since having the baby they've got worse. The pain runs right down my thumb to my forarms on both arms, have no grip really in either hand and sometimes feel like my wrists are locking when i use them. I've been to the hospital for X-rays on both wrists but they've come back as showing no problems. Really doing my head in now and being told there's nothing wrong when you know there is is annoying
