Night terrors Empty Night terrors

Has anyones child suffered from night tremors?none of my 5 did but Lottie is,last night was her second time.First at 10.30 then at 3am.Its very distressing,shes still asleep but screaming and no comforting will calm her down.

The social worker reckons Lottie is anxious,due to all whats going on in her life.She goes to nursery twice a week now.Plus twice a week she does contact with her mum and dad.She will soon settle,apparently its normal and it is upsetting.Thanks Lizzie.
